The 48 townhomes are contained within ten 3‐storey buildings with three to six units each. Choose from 14 different 4-bedroom floorplans. Each home features a flex space and bathroom on the ground floor; an open-concept main floor with living room, kitchen, and family room; and three bedrooms, bathroom, and en suite on the top floor. Residences also have private outdoor spaces that include a small yard with patio and a second‐floor deck.

Amenities at Yale Gardens
Residents will have exclusive use of a 1‐storey amenity building that will include two multi-purpose rooms, a possible future kitchen, and accessible washrooms.
