Concord Pacific is one of the best-known names in real estate development in the country. Concord Pacific has built great buildings in Vancouver such as 1033 Marinaside Quaywest 1, Quaywest 2 at 1067 Marinaside, and 1438 Richards The Azura. They’ve redefined Canada’s skyline, with massive developments in Vancouver, Toronto and now the UK.
Plans for the proposed development are by GBL Architects. These guys are players on the world stage, pitching projects in Geneva, Boston and (closer to home) the striking 900 Hastings Project downtown.
