Introducing Mass Timber and housing affordability in a signature development from Mike Geric Construction.

Welcome to a Worthy Investment

Mike Geric Construction and Aryze developments are bringing an exciting new development to Victoria’s Burnside Gorge neighbourhood. Designed by D’AMBROSIO architecture + urbanism, Tresah will feature two contemporary residential buildings over one level of underground parking with a shared architectural expression, characterized by richly-coloured brick-clad bases and luminous warm white facades. The site frontage on Speed Avenue retains the beautiful London Plane trees that form the character of this neighbourhood street.

Tresah East will be a 6-storey, light woodframe building with 66 homes featuring ground-level townhomes and an affordable home ownership component. Tresah West is an 12-storey mass-timber residential highrise offering 179 residences, including ground-oriented double-height work/live spaces. It will feature exposed wood ceilings and beams as part of the interior aesthetic. This innovative wood construction offers better affordability, a lighter environmental footprint, and helps support the local forest industry.

Welcome to a sustainable future. Welcome to a worthy investment. Welcome to Tresah.

Amenities at Tresah
A common roof deck on Tresah West will be available for shared use by residents. At the northwest corner of the building at grade is a grass dog walk area. Tresah East occupants can enjoy a communal green space at southern side of the building that includes a timber pavilion and seating. A lane separating the two buildings functions as an informal local street, complete with sidewalks, boulevard landscaping, and entrances to the ground-oriented residential units.

Parking and Storage
A one-level underground parkade will provide 211 bicycle spaces and 127 vehicle stalls, of which 3 are accessible. A further 54 surface vehicle stalls of dispersed mews parking are located between the two buildings and include 12 visitor, 2 accessible, and 2 carshare spaces. A bike room on Level 1 of Tresah East will accommodate 75 bicycles. Racks located at each of the building entrances will provide spaces for 26 bicycles.

In order to better meet the needs of people who choose not to own a vehicle, buyers are given the option to purchase their home with parking. A right of first refusal will initially be offered to 2- and 1-bedroom home purchasers, followed by studio buyers. Two parking spaces in the development will also be allocated to a Modo carshare program. Tresah will become a program partner member with free memberships available to residents without a parking spot.
