Parking and Storage
The Thurlow will provide vehicle parking and bicycle storage in four levels of underground, consisting of 179 vehicle stalls and 160 bicycle spaces, of which 153 and 110, respectively, are for market strata use. A further 12 bicycles can be accommodated in short-term bike racks for building visitors.

Mckinley Burkhart is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary design firm with offices in Calgary, AB, and Vancouver, BC, They specialize in fully-integrated architectural and interior design spanning a vast range of international projects, including residential, office, restaurant, and retail.

Inform Interiors was founded in 1963 by Niels Bendtsen when he opened his first retail store in West Vancouver at Park Royal. To further his pursuit of quality design, Niels sold the store to and moved to Denmark where he spent a decade studying and designing furniture. Returning from Europe in the ’80s, Niels regained control of the store and rebranded it into Inform Interiors. To meet the burgeoning needs of Vancouver developers, Inform Projects was created with Harvey Reehal. Inform Contract, led by Paul Sjaarda, serves Western Canada’s architects and interior designers. These divisions are now headquartered in the Railtown District, with a large and exclusive to–the–trade showroom only a few blocks from Inform’s retail spaces in Gastown.
