Amenities at The Boroughs
Each of the community’s three phases will have its own amenity building. Holloway’s has been designed for families, with a great room and gym on the main floor, and a party room, theatre, and multi-sports court on the lower floor. Adjacent to the building will be a patio and seating areas, a large open lawn, and a children’s play area.

A series of paths will connect the different phases of the community and provide linkages to adjacent sidewalks and the Grandview Ridge Trail, allowing people to exercise away from roadways, while also connecting through to shopping and restaurants several blocks away.

Parking and Storage
Most homes will have an attached 2-car garage in either side-by-side or tandem arrangement, while the remainder will have a garage and carport. Visitor parking will be distributed throughout the site.
