Character Lives Here

Lanstone Homes presents Reunion, a unique five-acre community of 54 residences on the site of the historic Murrayville Elementary School. Built in 1911 as the two-room Belmont Superior School serving all grades, the expanded school was renamed Murrayville Elementary after high school classes were moved in 1922. Reunion includes a significant restoration of the original schoolhouse and its transformation into six condominiums. A further 48 townhomes, alternating between single-storey and storey-and-a-half units, will be constructed on the surrounding grounds that include old growth oak trees.

Reunion features a mixture of master-on-main and traditional floorplans of either one or one and a half storeys, with two to four bedrooms that may include a den. Essential elements include a gourmet kitchen with oversized island and premium KitchenAid appliances, a gas fireplace with white brick surround, and a spacious walk-in closet with solid shelving in the master bedroom. Reunion’s perfectly situated parkside location also means the ABCs of schools, shopping, and recreation are but a walk away.
