Amenities at Regan West

Shared rooftop terrace is a proposed amenity space for Regan West in Burquitlam.

Regan West will have a 300 sq ft indoor amenity room that is an open concept flex space with minimal programming, where strata or other meetings can be held. Adjacent to this room will be a south-facing patio. At the rear of the building, located in the northeast portion of the site, is an outdoor amenity area with a leisure space and an active children’s play area. A west-facing, shared rooftop terrace features a built-in barbecue, moveable furniture, a partial canopy for weather protection, and urban agriculture planting beds. Regan Avenue is a proposed Neighbourhood Greenway in the Burquitlam-Lougheed Neighbourhood Plan.

Parking and Storage
Two levels of underground parking will provide space for 88 resident and 15 visitor vehicles, and 94 bicycles. Six visitor bicycle stalls will be located at grade.
