It’s Time to Discover
RedBrick is a new residential project coming to Surrey’s Gateway district by Red Brick Development. To be constructed in two phases, the 6-storey buildings will offer a selection of 190 condominiums and 23 two-storey townhomes. Floorplan choices range from studios to 3-bedrooms with interiors from 365 – 1,687 sq ft. All vehicle parking and bicycle storage will be located underground. Each building will have its own indoor and outdoor amenities totaling almost 16,500 sq ft, along with a future park to the south of the development that will include children’s play equipment.
RedBrick is conveniently located where most errands can be accomplished on foot, such as shopping at The Dell Shopping Centre or walking your dog at Forsyth Park. The neighbourhood is mostly flat for easy bike riding to Hawthorne Rotary Park gardens or Chuck Bailey Recreation Centre. And with both Surrey Central and Gateway SkyTrain stations within walking distance, transit can be used for most trips beyond Surrey City Centre, such as shopping at Metrotown or catching the game in downtown Vancouver. At RedBrick, this is where your story begins.
