Amenities at Parker
The indoor amenity spaces for each of the Phase 1 buildings are located on the main floor next to each other. The proposed amenities include a fitness & yoga area and a multi-function space with a meeting table, lounge area, kitchen, and washroom. The indoor amenity space for the northern building will also be located on the ground floor and offer residents exercise equipment, a meeting table, lounge area, kitchen, and a washroom.
Each of the three indoor amenity areas are integrated with direct access to a central courtyard. It has been designed as a single shared space of 19,816 sq ft for social interaction for all residents. The northern and southern zones are linked via a series of lushly landscaped pathways and green spaces of various sizes. Seating clusters and large decks spaced throughout offer a variety of gathering spaces.
Parking and Storage
Parking will be provided in a one-level underground garage constructed as two lots accessed by a single ramp. The Phase 1 lot for the two southern buildings includes 193 vehicle spaces, consisting of 178 resident, 15 visitor, and 2 accessible. The Phase 2 north lot will provide 96 vehicle stalls, consisting of 88 resident, 8 visitor, and 2 accessible. A total of 284 spaces will be available for bicycle storage. Short-term bicycle parking will accommodate 18 bikes.
