One Pacific is a new presale condo in Downtown Vancouver’s Yaletown neighbourhood by Concord Pacific. This is going to be a concrete tower located in the parking lots that are bisected by the Cambie Street bridge off ramps just West of BC Place Stadium.

One Pacific Developer – Concord Pacific
Concord Pacific has a storied reputation in the annals of Vancouver development history. Founded by Hong Kong’s Li Ka Shing who has a reputation for consistent success, Concord Pacific developed a majority of buildings in what is now referred to as Yaletown.
Some of Concord Pacific’s more notable buildings include 1033 Marinaside Crescent, 1067 Marinaside Crescent, 1438 Richards Street, and Uptown.
Originally the project was supposed to be called Panorama, but senior leadership didn’t like the name and went with 1 Pacific as the project is basically one block from everything great in Yaletown. The residential addresses of One Pacific when it is completed will be 38 Smithe Street and 68 Smithe Street.
One Pacific will be located on the Southeast corner of Pacific and Nelson Streets, just one block from the Waterfront, Coopers Park, Quayside Marina, and Yaletown. At present the site is the parking lot that is between 939 Expo Boulevard and Coopers Park in Yaletown. BC Place is next door and the Seawall is 3 minute walk.

Expect ceiling heights of up to 8’8″ and Concord Signature Elegance Finishes. There will be a discount option to get the “Smart” finishes that feature Blomberg appliances in stainless as opposed to the integrated Meile applainces. Concord Pacific has bought gorgeous Carrera marble in bulk from Italy and is using it for everything at One Pacific. Deposit Structure for 1 Pacific
Expect a 5% deposit payable upon an accepted offer, a further 5% within 6 months, 7% 10-11 months after the accepted offer, and a final 3% upon Completion of the project for a grand total of a 20% deposit.
