Floor Plans for Midtown Central
Midtown Central will offer 20 studios, nine 1-bedroom and four 2-bedroom condominiums, and two 2-bedroom townhomes. The residences, though compact, have been designed for high liveability, with consideration given to flexible plans, large expanses of glazing, and access to outdoor space for all suites.

Amenities at Midtown Central
Where possible, suites have access to larger patios or roof decks, all of which contain some provision for urban agriculture in the form of private planters complemented by compost, tool storage, and a workbench in their outdoor space.

Parking and Storage
Parking will be available in two levels of underground. Careful consideration has been given to below grade storage for all homes, with most of the larger units having separate in-suite storage rooms in addition to generous closet space. The studios have flexible storage options where space does not allow for separated storage rooms in addition to the below grade storage.

Developer Team for Midtown Central
Midtown Central was designed for PortLiving by Studio B Architects, a boutique Vancouver design firm with expertise in complex commercial, institutional, and mixed use projects. For the past 20 years, the principals of Studio B have helped shape the landscape of sustainable architecture. Hands on, flexible design in a collaborative environment, well-honed listening skills, and careful site analysis make Studio B an ideal collaborator.

PortLiving was stablished in 2003 by Port Capital Group Inc., a Vancouver-based investment firm that began by focusing on developing pioneering projects in well-located, yet underserved and overlooked neighbourhoods. They strive to create working and living environments that are sustainable, practical, and serve to strengthen the city’s identity through good design and thoughtful intent. PortLiving’s most recent project, Midtown Modern, is located in the block west of Fraser Street, and Midtown is at the corner of East Broadway and Carolina.
