Amenities at Loma
All residents will have shared use of the building’s amenity spaces. On Level 4 is a multi-purpose room with an adjacent patio that includes a social gathering space, a wooden deck, and a dining area with a barbeque. A Level 5 multi-purpose room also has an adjoining landscaped terrace, featuring a fire pit lounge, a barbeque and dining space, bocce court, and a children’s play area.

Parking and Storage
An underground parkade will provide storage for 232 bicycles and stalls for 276 vehicles — 160 condo, 57 apartment, 36 visitor, 23 commercial. Of these, 179 will have EV chargers. There will also be four loading bays. Six commercial and six short-term bicycle spaces will be available at grade.
