Amenities at Little Mountain Phase 1
Residents will enjoy shared use of a landscaped rooftop amenity area that includes a hot tub, children’s play area, fire pit lounge, and barbeque with harvest table. Along Main Street, three heritage trees are surrounded by landscaped forecourts with seating.
Parking and Storage
Two levels of underground parking will provide 218 vehicle parking spaces, 3 loading bays, and 162 bicycle stalls in a bike mezzanine with maintenance area. Six Class B bike racks are also located at each of the three pedestrian entries. A Mobi public bike share docking station will be located at the south side of the building on 37th Avenue, which happens to be a bike route.
