The strata units will consist of 329 condominiums located in a 42-storey highrise and three townhomes facing Cottonwood Avenue which form a base to the tower. One townhome has two bedrooms plus a den. The other two have three bedrooms. The highrise has the following mix of condominiums:
- 193 x 1-bedroom from 500 – 511 sq ft
- 65 x 2-bedroom from 780 – 800 sq ft
- 32 x 880-sq-ft 2-bedroom + den

Amenities at JINJU
Indoor amenities for the highrise residents will be located on levels 1, 2, 3, and 28. They will consist of lounge areas, a games room, spa, family/kid rooms, a co-working space, music rooms, fitness areas, meeting spaces, kitchen, dog wash station, and a guest suite.
A landscaped courtyard between the apartment building and the condominium tower will be available to apartment building renters. For the rental and strata residents who reside in the tower and townhomes, a landscaped outdoor terrace accessed from level two of the tower will offer an activity deck, lawn, fire tables, barbeque and harvest table, and seating.
Parking and Storage
Parking at JINJU will be provided in a 4-level underground parkade with a total of 531 vehicle stalls. Of these, 435 will have EV charging outlets, 338 will be for condominiums, and 94 for visitors. There will also be storage space for 484 bicycles, along with a bike repair room. Short-term racks for 6 bicycles and two loading bays will be located at ground level. Residents will also have use of two on-street car-share vehicles.
