Amenities at Ivy on the Park
The tower will offer residents shared use of a lounge, library, meeting room, yoga studio, and fitness room. A community patio adjoining the lounge also has a barbecue and large harvest table where outdoor meals can be enjoyed. Between the rows of townhomes is a series of four inter-connected gardens offering different experiences – a community agriculture zone with a pavilion, a nature play area, a sitting grove, and a meadow garden. At the far western end of the property is a small perch platform with bench overlooking a waterway. Two-storey townhouses each have a private roof deck and at-grade patio. The stacked townhouses include either an at-grade patio or a generous rooftop terrace.
