Modern Living in Old Town

Le Fevre & Company introduces Ironworks, five architecturally unique buildings on two blocks in Victoria’s historic Old Town. Once part of Victoria’s industrial and commercial hub that included Canada’s oldest Chinatown and the Albion Iron Works, this development is set to become part of a whole new iconic streetscape for the modern era. A surge of activity is transforming the neighbourhood, already treasured as one of the most unique districts in the city.

Ironworks begins with a selection of studio and 1- bedroom condominiums in a cornerstone, dual 5-storey building — Chapter One at 515 Chatham. 515 Chatham is conveniently located at the corner of Chatham and Store streets. Living at 515 Chatham means you’re always just steps from the city’s best restaurants, cafes, shops, markets, arts and cultural venues, galleries, and nightlife.
