Floor Plans for Georgia
Georgia consists of 43 West Coast contemporary townhomes with a range of 3- and 4-bedroom layouts up to 1,765 sq.ft. Facing Steveston Highway, 24 of the residences have three storeys with individual front entrances and yards. Four of these homes feature a ground-level, 1-bedroom secondary suite of approximately 320 sq ft. The remaining 19 townhomes, situated along the site’s property lines, step down to two storeys. Along the north property line, these are grouped into duplexes and one triplex.

Amenities at Georgia
In close proximity to the private residents social lounge, will be a built-in gas barbeque and a harvest table. Additional outdoor amenities include a ping-pong table, a large sod lawn, and a children’s play space.
Parking and Storage
Each home comes with a built-in two-car garage. An additional surface parking stall will be assigned to each secondary suite. Nine visitor and two accessible parking stalls will also be provided throughout the site.
