    Information on interiors at this Mount Pleasant development has been slow to come. So far, we know there will be over-height ceilings, gas appliances and oversized windows to enhance the views.

    This is still in the preconstruction phase, so many details are still being worked out. Ellsworth will feature a 3,500 sq ft shared rooftop garden.     Chard Development is carving out a niche as one of the province’s top developers of mid-sized condo projects. Its roots as a development consulting firm mean it knows this game inside and out.
