Amenities at Dockside Green
Residents and workers will enjoy use of plazas, an off-leash dog park, a children’s playground, and public spaces for temporary uses, such as art installations and public markets. A greenway, waterway, and mews will connect the entirety of Dockside Green to existing trails and waterways.

Parking and Storage
Dockside Green will accommodate vehicle parking underground. The community also has a car sharing program. To support alternative transportation modes, a new dock is planned for the Victoria Harbour Ferry and a new bus shelter will be installed for Bus 14. Bicycle storage and end-of-trip facilities will be included as part of a new mobility hub for both Dockside Green residents and workers. Access to the popular Galloping Goose Regional Trail is located at the north end of the site.
