Amenities at Akimbo
On the ground floor, residents will have use of a meeting room, lounge, and concierge. A fitness room, multi-purpose room with kitchen and dining area, and a guest suite are located on the podium deck level. Outdoor amenities include a children’s play area, fitness zone, vegetable garden, and dining area with extensive rooftop landscaping.

Parking and Storage
Akimbo will provide 400 underground vehicle parking spaces, including 35 for visitors, four accessible, 39 electric vehicle plug-in stations. In addition, there will be four car wash stalls, four car share vehicles, and two residential loading spaces. Office and retail tenants will have use of 116 vehicle parking stalls and three loading spaces. Residential bicycle storage will accommodate 738 bikes, while outdoor short-term racks will offer space for 47 bicycles.
