Kenstone Proposes New 4-Storey Mixed-Use Building for Kerrisdale
Kenstone Properties and the Office of Macfarlane Biggar Architects + Designers have applied to the City of Vancouver to redevelop 6020 and 6040 East Boulevard into a single 4-storey, mixed-use building. This will replace two walk-up apartment buildings currently at the southeast corner of East Boulevard and West 44th Avenue. The new lowrise will include nine ground floor retail units, eight laneway townhomes and 39 condominiums, including 9 lofts. The residences offer a variety of layouts, ranging from one to four bedrooms.
