As this project is in pre-construction phase, Pennyfarthing has not made floor plans public. However, we do know that 4138 Cambie will offer the following mix of residences:

Amenities at 4138 Cambie
There is a shared meeting room off the lobby. All ground floor residences have private patios. There is also a central 24-foot wide landscaped courtyard between the condominiums and the townhomes.
Parking and Storage
One level of parking for 22 resident cars, including two handicapped stalls, and two visitor vehicles is provided under the apartment building and townhomes with access from the lane. Secure storage for 28 bicycles is also located on this level, as is one loading bay. Six visitor bike stalls are located at grade on the Cambie Street side of the building, beside the lobby entrance and the gate to the courtyard walkway. Additional storage is available in the underground in seven lockers.
