Vancouver’s First High Performance Concrete Mixed-Use Building

Designed by Olson Kundig and IBI Group, Wesgroup Properties has proposed to construct a distinct 6-storey, mixed use building at the corner of Cambie Street and West 16th Avenue. This will be a high-performance building that maximizes passive strategies, while creating a comfortable and inviting environment for its occupants. A total of 7,800 sq ft of ground floor commercial space is divided into six commercial retail units, including a corner restaurant. The remaining five storeys will contain 47 condominiums, ranging in size from 380 to 1,136 sq ft. Situated within Cambie Village, this is a convenient location with a high degree of walkability for most of your day-to-day needs.

Amenities at 16th & Cambie
Residents will enjoy the shared use of a second-floor multi-function room with an adjoining balcony that overlooks a small ground floor garden adjacent to the lobby. Each top-floor residence includes a private rooftop patio.

Parking and Storage
A two-level underground parking garage accessed from the lane will provide space for 47 resident, 10 commercial, and 3 visitor vehicles, and 96 bicycles. Racks at grade will accommodate 10 bikes. A laneway loading bay will service the commercial tenants.
