A Balance of Practicality & Expression

On behalf of the developer, Merrick Architecture is proposing to construct a slender, 35-storey highrise at the corner of Horby and Drake streets. In addition to 159 market condominiums, ranging from one to three bedrooms, a City-owned public art gallery will occupy the ground, mezzanine, and second levels. This cultural amenity will both accommodate artist production and provide presentation space.
