Floor Plans for 1121 Seymour Residences
While these have not yet been published, 1121 Seymour will offer an intriguing mix of 400+ sq. ft. studios to 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and a single detached two-storey residence on the opposite side of a courtyard from the main nine-storey, mid-rise building.
Amenities at 1121 Seymour Residences
The ninth floor will offer a multi-purpose amenity room with kitchenette and accessible washroom. Outside will be a common amenity area with a built-in seating area, garden plots, tool storage, a potting bench, hose bib, and an inaccessible green roof. A small shared amenity room off the lobby will also be available to residents. The two units on the same floor will each have private patios. Outside, the grounds contain a creatively-landscaped, semi-private courtyard that can accommodate a range of children’s play activities.
